VMB4000 cant find homekit to connect

I cant connect my VMB4000 base station to homekit.  When I try it sits on the 'Discovering your device' page and goes nowhere.  Looking at these forums I need to get a token reset?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Does anyone know how to get in touch with tech support to help me with this?  In the chat I just get a bot.
