Hi all,
Just been setting up a VMB5000 hub and Arlo Essential Video Doorbell. I've been trying to connect it to Apple Home but haven't been successful so far.
If I try and add it via the Apple Home app I'm told that the accessory is not compatible, and if I try and add it via the Arlo app it just gets stuck in a loop.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

shaunf123,
I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Yes this has allowed me to add the hub to HomeKit. However I cannot see the doorbell in the home app nor add it from the Arlo one?
Based on searching it seems that only the wired version is compatible with HomeKit? If so I will most likely be returning this as along with the constant issues with setup, this doesn’t fulfil the requirements I have in mind.

The AVD2001 (wireless) doorbell is now compatible with HomeKit at this time. We plan to support HomeKit with AVD2001 at a later date but I do not have an eta.
