Hello,
I am trying to get my Arlo system into my HomeKit but am running into issues.
In the Arlo app, the base station says it is "Discovering your device"
Trying to add it via the Home app just hangs.
To complicate things a bit, I am running an Aruba network.
I've added _arlo-video._tcp to the allowed airgroup services. Are there any others that I need to enable?
Thank you

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Try logging out of the account and logging back in. And the following these steps https://kb.arlo.com/000063184
If still seeing the same behavior please reset the basestation, however please keep in mind that you will have to add all the cameras back on.
