Im trying to setup HomeKit but through IOS Home it says accessory not certified and through Arlo app it just says connecting to bridge (for over 10 minutes). I have no idea if Im doing something wrong, but for the life of me I cant work out how to get it connected. Firmware up to date, software up to date it just refuses to connect to Apple Homekit.

I have reset your base station token. Can you reboot your base and try again.
