I have been having an on going issue with a wired doorbell that disconnected and wouldn’t reconnect.  Arlo sent me a refurbished one that was faulty, so they reissued another refurbished one which happened to be the wrong replacement. I have put in multiple request for support to contact me over the issue, but I’ve yet to receive any help?
