I recently set up my arlo cameras on my Smartthings app and wanted to verify whether I did so improperly or there are limits to the integration.

1) The two way features that allows me to communicate from my phone (using the Arlo app) is grayed out when I use the camera through Smartthings (screenshot attached).

2) Can I actually change modes, such as disarmed to armed vis Smartthings or do I need to do so through  the Arlo app itself? 

 

Any clarification would be appreciated.
