Arlo Pro 2 cameras not responding in HomeKit

My Arlo Pro 2 cameras previously worked in HomeKit but now say "no response" even though they still work in the Arlo app. I would like to request a token reset for my VMB4500 base station please.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
