My old hub went end of life and I upgraded to a VMB4540r4 Pro Smart Hub (firmware lists as current 1.29.0.0_1946_b066528). Since this upgrade the connection to Apple HomeKit does not connect to my cameras. The instructions lists scanning the code on the hub but it does not have one. I suspect I need the token reset on this hub connected to my account.

UPDATE - Please disregard my reset request. I am on iOS and MacOS 26 and the connection process came up slightly different to that listed in your "How To". I was able to connect to all the cameras which directly connect to the base station successfully and allocate to rooms in the Home app. Three IP only cameras are not supported but I can view these in the Arlo Secure app and they are not as important as the direct connect cameras. Thanks.

I've ungraded firmware and followed the reset instructions to try to add a base station to my HomeKit repeatedly with no success. Please advise.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

I appreciate you looking into this, but I have now restarted and added my hub 3 times with no success. Is there anything else I can do?

You would need to reset the basestation. But please keep in mind that you would need to connect the cameras to it again.
