HomeKit token reset needed

Can I please get a reset to my system? I need to connect my Arlo pro 2 but cannot see any of the options to set it up. Thanks.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hey, I've been trying to connect this smarthub to homekit for 3 years now. It doesn’t have a homekit code on the smarthub what can be done?

Use the "no code" procedure.  If you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app interface, use the instructions here:

If you instead see "Library", use these instructions:

If the instructions don't work, then you might need a token reset.  Post back requesting that, and the mods will do that reset for you.  Alternatively, Arlo support can it (if you have a subscription).
