Arlo Pro 2 VMB4500 Won’t connect to HomeKit

I have a VMB4500 with 4 pro 2 cameras and the HomeKit is stuck on discovering devices. I tried to contact support, but apparently I have to pay for that. I also don’t have the box anymore, so I don’t have the HomeKit code.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
