Arlo Pro 2 HomeKit Certificate - Worst support ever.

Ok, so I bought this  Arlo Pro 2 because it was working with HomeKit.

 

Well, that didn't work. There was a problem with a certificate and HomeKit. I found that other were having the same issue. A community manager here tried to help me, but that didn't work so I tried the contacting the support (which doesn't work on Safari). By using Chrome I tried sending a message from the support page which resulted in an error message:

 

"There was an error processing your request. Please contact with Arlo Support". Oh the irony.

 

so I tried the chat:

 

"Live chat not available"

 

then I tried sending a message again and I don't know if it worked or not.

 

Ok, so the support page asked if I could take a survey. That I did. I wrote a long message describing my thoughts. After writing for five minutes and submitting I get this:

 

"An unexpected Error has occured.

 

Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received this Exception ID: XXXXX"

 

Is this for real??

 

I just bought cameras that doesn't seem to work and I'm stuck with a support system that doesn't work.
