Arlo Essential Doorbell no notification on Google Hub Max

I have the essential wirefree doorbell. It is connected to my google home account.

 

When someone presses the doorbell my Google Nest Speakers tell me someones at the door but the Google Hub Max does not do anything, is there something I need to change or turn on etc?

Have you tried to re-add the devices and rules for the Max hub?
