How do you know it's spam? There are other companies that specialise in IT that can help. I mean, it's a business opportunity here: if Arlo makes it difficult to contact their support - which is extraordinary for any company and how arrogant someone who thought it was a great idea is - then it's an opportunity for another business to come in and fill in the gap. As well, it's not allowed here. Any time I see such blatant advertising I report it for removal. Embedded links and phone numbers in this type of post are always considered suspicious.
