I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Thanks! This worked for me until my ATT fiber went down. I’m back up now but no HomeKit. Do we lose the token if internet reboots?

Latest Arlo app update removed HomeKit. Please reset the token again. Any idea what is causing HomeKit getting removed? I’m sorry you have to keep resetting the token.

Thank you. After restarting the Arlo base station, the HomeKit option is not there.

Maybe you will need to restart the HomePod?

I checked again this afternoon and the HomeKit option was there. No restart of HomePod was necessary. Working as expected now. Thank you l.

I'm tagging @BrookeN since it's possible they just missed your post.

 

Suppport will also do this if you have a subscription.  Or if you live in the US or Canada - in which case you can call  1-877-427-5680 6:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. PST (even w/o a subscription).

thanks Stephen. I wasn’t sure about support options anymore. I’m in the US but don’t have a subscription. That said, the toll free # will help me but online support through the app will not?

It appears the basestation is offline. I cannot reset the token until the basestation is back online. Please get your basestation online and reach back out and I will reset that token.

After the reboot I still have no HomeKit option

@BrookeN  Should I factory reset my base and re-add the cameras ?

You can just do a reboot at first, generally that is all that needs done.
