I had HomeKit set up but then removed it because I was reorganizing things. Now when I try to add my base station again the app just gets stuck on "Discovering your device. Please wait." I saw this posted elsewhere for a different hub and support sent a token reset request which seemed to resolve the issue for others. Is that what I need here?

I’ve had homekit integration work ok for a while until suddenly it didn’t. Tried to disconnect and reconnect, but as many in this thread I am stuck on the discovery. Can I kindly ask the same token reset that seems to have helped many others also ?
Thanks

Yea; still not working for me either. Unplugged for a good 5 minutes and plugged back in. I have the most updated app as well as the most updated Firmware (1.16.3.4_3614_c289687). I’ve read on other forums you guys might have an issue with it working with HomeKit on Mesh Routers...is this something you’ve looked into?
