May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
as soon as I go into the AMAZON ALEXA app and the Arlo "skill" I log in, the next page it goes to "authenticate" about 1 second after that pages loads, I get a red banner with "failed" authorization. I do not get an email or push on any of the devices we have. I can not upload pictures.
have you tried rebooting the device or adding the account via another hand held device?
how do I reboot the devise? I have 4 pro 2 camera and a doorbell, and 2 base stations. What do I reboot?
You can unplug or press the on/off button within the back of the base station and reboot your phone.

If you have upgraded your phone since you originally set up the cameras, open the Arlo app > Profile > Two-Step Verification, then select your new device. Next, try to enable the skill again and you should receive the push notification.
