Lost connection with HomeKit and can’t re-add

The HomeKit option is present on my base station. When I press it,  I see the prompt below which never changes. 

Is this a token reset scenario?

Same here as of this morning. 

Chat support is no help

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

There was a recent update that should help resolve this issue. Are you still experiencing an issue with onboarding to Homekit?
