Adding friend issue

Trying to add a friend. I gave them admin rights and have selected all cameras, but when they log in to the app the cameras are not there.

They used the link. And we tried on different computers. Today somehow we were finally able to log in to my.arlo and she finally has access. Thanks for your help

Did they use the link in the email to start the process? Have them try using a computer to do this.
