spurious Email Alerts when going live on a camera?

I have a fully loaded account...all cameras are being used to the max. two locations are involved. When I login to justr monitor some cameras, I often get an email alert from one of the other cameras when I know there is no motion happening there. Is this a known bug? Never used to happen...I have had my system for over 2 years now. Is there an update I need?
