As of August 8 i have not been receiving any email notifications. Anyone else? Is this another case of "uninstal the app and re load it again?"

After testing, I too am receiving email notifications without issue.
Consider testing this using an alternate email address to isolate the issue further. If emails arrive at the alternate address, it could be that your email provider is blocking or filtering Arlo alerts.
