I get an e-mail on my Verizon Wireless Android saying motion was detected. When I select "Load linked images" I get the Arlo hummingbird but no thumbnail. Suggestions?

BH64,
Does this happen for all motion detection email alerts? Are you able to view the content from your library on the mobile app?

Yes. All alerts. I am able to view video from my phone after I log into Arlo. MS Exchange e-mails on my home PC do display the image.

The e-mail app has a "Message size limit" defaulted to 50Kb. Looking at the properties of an image it was 75.3 Kb. I set the size limit to "All including attachments", assuming that means no limit. That didn't work either. 😞

BH64,
It sounds like the problem lies with the email app itself and the image is not displayed due to the image being too large.
Do you see the same behavior with other emails that contain images?

That didn't work. I don't see this in any other e-mails with embedded thumbnails.
If I try to save the thumbnail I get the following; "Cannot save the image. Original message is missing."
I never had a problem viewing thumbnails when I had Vuezone.

BH64,
This seems to be an issue with the application you are using for email or specifically the device you are using to view.
What email application are you using on your phone?
What model phone/android OS are you running?
