my apps always show getting status,and, can't change the rule

I want to change the rule of camera, but the rule always show getting information and never change. and when I try to add a new rule, It will show that changes were not applied because your internet connection was lost. But my internet is ok for others apps or website. the issues was found after I change the batteries of camera 2 weeks ago. When I bought a new camera and try to change the rule, It was not work.

I already tried to set up a new account, change a new model, use website to set up, reset the model,  use"sync"  to connect camera again. and I also used different computer and operating system(microsoft and apple) to change the rule, use 4g lte to set up the rule. But It didn't work for whole things.

 

Is anyone know how to sovle this problem?

Hi JamesC, I'm having the same issue. Can't change rule from android app. Any update on this?

Is this only occurring on the Android app? Are you able to edit modes/rules from the web client?

 

You might consider a base station reboot (using the on-off button on the back of the base station) and try again.
