I am unable to click back while using/within the mode menu . This is prohibiting me from adjusting record times. I am unable to click back to any previous mode with out using the browser. I am also unable to find a way to contact customer support without getting redirected to contact customer support. How do I contact someone?

See that big Support link at the top here? Click it and then Contact Support on the right. Not hard or hidden.
