running man icon is gray and appears to have stopped detecting motion. how to fix?

The 'running man' is normally GRAY if motion detect is turned off... It turns green when motion is active.
It may be one of your settings. Turn OFF the schedule, Turn on the mode ALL CAMERAS MOTION ON ( or similar named ). Go to cameras and now the running man should be green.
If you still have the running man gray, then you have to go to that ALL ON MODE ( in settings/mode ) and click the edit pencil... make sure all the cameras have a GREEN check mark at the end to indicate they are included to be on.
