Hi Arlo Community,
I am getting multiple alerts on my iPhone (v9.3.5). This error doesn't appear on iPad or Android. Up to 21 alerts are received for each motion detection.
Has anyone else seen this or has a work around. I tried the obvious - remove the app, reboot, re-instal, logout/login, etc.
Thanks.
Using Arlo base station, three camera and a Netgear R7000 router.

Hi JamesC,
It looks like it started with version 9.3.5 of iOS on a 6s. Version 10 of iOS no longer has the issue.
Thanks again.

MSJJ,
I have not been able to replicate this issue. Are you using a custom mode with multiple rules with push notifications enabled? If so, consider recreating the custom mode/rules to see if you still see the same behavior.

Hi JamesC, thank you for replying. I deleted the rules and re-created it. There is the same single rule per camera (3) on one profile which is enabled. It happens on the default options or any profile/rules that I create. Perhaps an issue with my phone.

MSJJ,
This does sound like a phone issue due to your iPad and Android devices not behaving the same way. You say above the iOS version of the phone, what is the phones model (iphone 5, 5s, etc.). I will try to get hold of the same device and see if this issue can be replicated.
