Battery died, camera was down for a day or two, why can't I access the library before the battery died? I thought it was in the cloud until it used up storage capacity?

I think it may have been past the 7 day storage period, so it automatically deleted the files

Are you accessing the library at all?  How about using the library tab rather than trying to use the green number box on the camera which is apparently still down?
