When I try to go to modes in the Arlo APP all I get is a blank page. Can't do anything re motion detection, et. al.
What's the problem here. This worked fine a week ago when I installed the system.

Try reinstalling the app. Sounds like it's goobered (technical term).

Adding to jguerdat's suggestion, a base station reboot (using the on-off button) may also be useful. Allow the base station to come back online and try again.
