One of the camers showed low battery, so we replaced the batteries and it still show low as if we hadn't changed them. All the other cameras show full battery. Also, the delay is so slow someone could come in my front door and the cameras wouldn't record. Is there a way to shorten the delay time for recording?

Both symptoms sounds like poor WiFi between the base and camera. Walls, wiring, ductwork, distance, etc. all get in there. What pecentage WiFi signal is seen in Settings, My Devices, your camera?

I have the same problem even with the camera in the same room as the router. I tried the reset and also turned it off. The camera clicks every few seconds.

The camera certainly shouldn't be clicking every few seconds unless it's detecting motion and recording. If aimed at a blank wall and still doing that, it indicates bad hardware. Contact support using the Support link above here for more help and a possible RMA.

The camera showing low batteries was recording every time it saw a bush move from the wind. Since we replaced the batteriers it is hardly recording at all. It was very windy and didn't record any of the trees blowing and missed the mail lady bringing packages to the door. Still show low batteries after replacing.

anniebh,
What firmware are your cameras on? You can find the latest base station/camera firmware information here: Firmware Release Notes
If your firmware is not up to date, consider a base station reboot, be sure your cameras have fresh batteries and good signal strength and allow the firmware to update on it's own overnight.
