So, where is the "Mode" tab? Sounds useful, but I do not see it as an option anywhere?

Ahhh...exactly the right answer - I think. I am away from the camera and the primary account is from my wife's apparatus/phone/computer. My techie-conversant son says your answer makes sense and he will fix it as soon as his Mom gets home.

When you first open the app or website, there are various "tabs" at the top - Cameras, Library, Settings (web only) and Modes.

Frankheyman,
It sounds like you are using an iOS device with what options you describe seeing.
Are you by chance logging in using a shared account through the Grant Access feature? If mode is not present, that would be due to "Allow Access Rights" not being toggled on under Grant Access on the primary account.
When "Allow Access Rights" is toggled on within the Grant Access feature, the Mode tab will be available for the shared user.
