When will be support for CVR subscription in Taiwan?

Hello dear,

 

I recently bought the wireless Arlo Pro 2 from Taiwan agent, but I cannot find subscription upgrade in the Mobile App. 

I asked Taiwan agent, they said it will not support in Taiwan in the future. This is very great product and I also realy need CVR feature, could you let me know if it will be support subscription upgarde in Taiwan?
