jsgarlo15,
Yes. Once a video is recorded you can then download that video from the library and store it locally. If you have any other questions or concerns please ask!

With the appropriate software, sure. Not sure if it will help you since the resolution and compression are the limiting factors.

Shiloh,
Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving?

Shiloh,
You can attach a screenshot to a post by clicking the "Image" icon. Also feel free to private message me if you'd like.

Are you still experiencing this issue after the latest iOS 2.0.1 release?

Hi
How do I set the cameras to automatically download the videos to my computer locally?
I didn't realize that you "lost" the history.
I am saving the videos becuase neighbour says my dogs bark, but they don't
I dont wnat to have to download manually all the time

I have Python scripts that can be used to automate the download process. Mine are grabbed daily using the computer's scheduling capabilities. Its not hard to install but takes a little knowledge and work. PM me with your email address if interested.

Sent. Not the best idea to put your email out in public - that's why I said to use a PM.

Under SETTINGS > ARLO APP on the ios... there is a line that says 'Download to Arlo'
The Arlo name is default, but can be changed to any folder name you like... but they all end up in the GALLERY ( where your other pictures are )
PS... you must also have given permission to allow the Arlo app to access pictures or you'll get a notice 'permssion denied' when attempting to d/l
