When I try to run arlo app on iPhone this following error "the system is experiencing an unexpected issue"

Hi Sunbis,
Kindly answer the questions I have summarized below:
1. What iPhone model do you have?
2. Is your iPhone "jailbreak" or rooted?
3. Have you tried to reboot your iPhone?
4. Have you tried using another iPhone or iPad to isolate the problem?
Furthermore, 1.8.2 is the latest iOS version of the Arlo app. Please make sure to install the latest version.

1. iPhone 6, 64 Gb, iOS 8.4
2.rooted
3. Yes I've tried, same result
4. With iPad 3 iOS 7.1.1 everything is ok. With iPad Air 2 iOS 8.4 same issue.
P.s. Throug Sony z3, android I cannot even enter to the arlo system with play market app

Hi Sunbis ,
When trying to access the Arlo from more than one device such as a browser, smart phone or tablet, it will not work.
Please close all browsers and Arlo app and try again logging into one device at a time.
