It's a semi-cloudy day, with the sun occasionally peeking out. This seems to be setting off the Arlo.
It's not reflecting off a window, but I can tell from the very split sec the video starts that the whole display seems to flash bright. Like the camera had to change brightness levels due to the sun's brief appearance. I don't think the sun is hitting the
FYI: The Camera is outdoors in an unshielded area and pointing at a larger area than would normally be optimum for motion detection I would imagine. I have a few saved videos.

The sun is a big source of IR , which is what the sensor on the camera detects. The change of IR may be triggering the camera as you found.
Best if you may to be to lower the angle down just a little to avoid a bit of sun.
Also don't forget that it may be a seasonal thing in which you may have to change the angle of the camera due to the sun being low in the southern sky

I am having the same problem. The sunrise over the home of the outdoor camera is giving a few detections. I am going to try decreasing the motion detections' sensitivity (was 100% and 95%) to see if that helps.

If possible, a different camera position/angle would be indicated. Alternatively, perhaps using one camera to trigger another would be useful.
