About 80% ot the time when i try to edit a mode an add or change a rule, everything is fine till i hit the save button, the screen grayes out with the Arlo Pleasw Wait pop up and it never completes. Have to start over and hope the next time is a charm. This is using the windows web page. (don't have a working android yet)

changing form firefox to G chrome fixed the issue. Now if we could fuggure why FF did not work it would be great

Are both FF and Flash both up to date? Try flushing the cache.

Stuck with the same issue here. Can't add rules or change them as I am stuck at the 'please wait' screen. I tried Chrome (up to date) and IE 11, as well as on my android phone. I need to change the recording time and alert preferences for the preset modes, which doesn't work, so i need to create a new mode and rules for that.

Try power cycling the base and log out/back into Arlo. Any help?
