I've been using schedule mode for a couple months with no problems whatsoever but today for some reason Arlo won't go into schedule mode.

Both the phone app and the website are experiencing the same issue all the other modes work but scheduled mode just shows as whatever mood you were in previously so if you switch from armed to schedule the Arlo stays in armed mode.

I'm guessing this is a known issue because it's broken in two places. Does anybody have a fixed?

Did you update to the latest iOS app just now?

I've had no problems with my schedule since forever. A possible solution, since it's affecting both devices, would be to power cycle the base.  Did that help?

I'm thinking a reset may be needed to start fresh. Make sure you note your settings and modes/rules/schedule to make it easier to rebuild.

A second thought. What modes are you using in your schedule? Are they custom or default? Also, removing and rebuilding the schedule would be faster than a rebuild.

I'm using stock armed mode and a mode I built called outside.

We have 1 cam inside and 4 cams outside.

Armed mode is all 5 cams & outside mode (as I'm sure you guessed) is just the 4 outside.

The schedule mode turns on all cams when we're away but only the outside cams when we're home.

This worked fine for a coupe of weeks but now it's not working.

This is a server side issue. It's the same problem on the app and the web site.
I'll rebuild the schedule but I doubt it solves the issue. This problem magically appeared and I bet it will magically disappear as NetGear tweaks their servers.

The software is the weak link in the overall excellent system.

What I really want is geofencing.  You're a superuser... any insight on when the geofence actually work?

Thanks for your help.

Superuser simply means I've spent too much time here answering questions.  I have no real need for GF so haven't used it other than a brief test when it was first available. So, I can only spout what I think I know from other posts that seem to have offered solutions.  Sorry.
