I have five cameras installed. I have "All Motion On" Mode set and I have identical rules set for each one.

Three of the running men are green, but two of them are grey and will not change to green no matter what I try.

I have tried deleting the rules for the 2 cameras and re-doing them & I have tried turning the modes on and off.  Nothing seems to work.

Any ideas?

Nevermind.  I figured it out.  It was the type of problem IT guys refer to as a PICNIC.

So What is the answer to this problem?

the answer was operator error...  prob; The MODE didn't have the camera toggles active

I have the same problem. Under "Cameras" tab in my Arlo log in site, all 4 of my cameras have a grey running man even though All Motion On is Selected. Can anyone help?

Go to Settings. click on "Modes" and then click on the pencil beside "All motion on" and then make sure that all of the check marks down the right side are clicked and green.
