Rules not showing up using IOS

I just installed my cameras and went to set rules for them.  I do not see rules when I go into settings. I downloaded the user manual for guidance but my settings screen doesn't look like the one in the manual either  the base station set up fine as well as the three cameras that came with it. I've looked on this website but can't find the help I need. I am accessing from an IPhone 6 and iPad air2 Can anyone help?

The online manual needs to be removed ASAP. It only causes confusion. While there are various FAQs and knowledge base articles here that would hell but for now use the Mode tab, select your system, and create a new mode. You can use the default Armed mode for an example. When you create a mode, you can only set up one camera. Reedit the mode and you can add any and all camera rules, one at a time. Be sure to save as you go.
