Remove a phone number for push notifications

I removed access to my system for one of my "friends." However, that person STILL receives push notifications every time one of my cameras is activated. How do I remove their phone number from my account?

There's no phone number associated with any pushes unless you used the trick to send SMS messages (not supported by Arlo). If your ex-friend has the app installed and has the master account info set up to log in they'll still get app notifications.  Uninstall the app.

If you mean email notifications, make sure their email address is no longer in the email addresses in any mode.  Be sure to save if you make any changes.  Maybe toggling email notifications off, save, and back on, save would help.
