Hi everyone,
Both my and my wife's iphone received push notification saying a motion has been detected at one of the cameras. However, there are no new videos recorded in the library. Does any one has the same issue? Any suggestion?
Thanks,
Leslie

There are occasionally issues like this reported. Have the videos now shown up? Sometimes there is a big lag between notification and the video showing up. Also, be sure the Library filter is cleared by clickin on the funnel-looking icon at the top and choosing reset and save. The filter should then be "empty", not filled in.

thanks for your answer. I checked the filter but there was nothing wrong.
this morning when I switched off my phone' s fly mode I got the push notification again but it is nothing in the library. There was no problem with manaully saving a video recorded and the motion detection works normally at most of the times.

Time for a trouble ticket since there's nothing you can do on your end.

try taking the unit down that is sending the notification, remove the batteries, meanwhile, reset the base unit. Put the batteries back in, wait tll the blue light flashes, then reset the whole unit. I had a similar issue that was solved by doing this procedure. Hope yoU figure it out. sometimes the signal gets confused and re-setting the whole unit wll stop whatever the issue is. if that doesn't work, the ppl at arlo are really great about helping you out. Before dong this, check in "mode" that all your settngs are set, and SAVE b/4 leaving. (there s one at the top and one on bottom of page dependng where you r) Let us know if you get this solved so we'll all know how it turns out.
