Hi!

 

i have tried the “deactivating/saving/activating”-thing, and that seemed to do something: the camera changed modes a couple of times then settled as “armed” despite my daughters enabled device being “in zone”. Help! What can I try?

I have problems with geofencing also. I find that all devices that are affecting the zone must have the app running in the background. My wife Has a habit of closing out all of her apps when she gets home and it makes the system believe she is still out of zone. As soon as she opens the app, the geofencing updates correctly.
