About a week ago, all push notifications to my phone stopped. I still get email. Yes, I already checked the settings on each individual camera - all still say push is ON. I even tried switching from "Armed" to "All Motion" and back again, while checking the push settings, and no difference. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cut off my router, restarted it - nothing works. I have an Android (LG G4). I read through a bunch of articles on this web site and most issues seem to be not having the right settings - to be clear, that is NOT my issue. I am at the end of my rope with this app! Since the upgrades, nothing but problems....help! Thank you.

Not really an answer to your problem...But I also use an LG phone / android.
Every now and then the pushes would stop or be erratic
So I turned off the pushes and put my phone # in for a second email address. ( using the formats as per cell service ). Now the alerts show as SMS (texts) and pop up on the screen ...easier to works with over reg email and for me it always works.
Morse is faster than texting!

I suffer the same issues and have done as you describe. Added another email address as well, and still nothing. Annoying. No idea what the issue is.

jz333,
Have you made sure push notifications are enabled in the Android settings (not the toggle in the rules for each camera)? For instructions on where to check within your Android settings take a look here: How do I enable and disable push notifications on my Android device?

Yes, push notifications are on. I even tried adding "priority" to the notifications settings to see if that would work, but no luck. I am still not getting the push notifications; just the emails.

jz333,
Do you get push notifications from any other apps that offer them?
You could try creating a new custom mode with push notifications enabled to further isolate. If that doesn't help, consider a factory reset of the base station.
