Can't setup

Hi I'm trying to setup my arlo q and halfway thru the app crashed on me. When I went back again I can't setup because they said there is already an existing account with the email. However when I tried to retrieve my password, they said there is no account with this email. So I'm struck.  What can I do?

Try both the reinstalled app and browser - one might work.  Are you able to use the Add Device button at all instead of setup a new system?  Or are you somehow locked out due to the password issue?  You may get faster results if you call or chat with support - use the Support link at the top here and then Contact Support for various options.
