i purchased the cvr plan of 9.99 a month for the recording but i click to view my recordings for the day but it says i need to upgrade? i already did i went from free to monthly payments still wont record without me being on the camera and pressing the button or is there something im doing wrong

Ya gotta tell us more. Recordings use the CVR stream so it would seem that your running men in the Cameras tab are gray, not black, meaning the cameras are disarmed. If so, you need to check your modes in the Modes tab for each camera to ensure that a proper mode is configured and active.
