Pan & zoom image wont updates

Pan & Zoom image wont update on the ios app or on the website. Still showing an image from over two months ago. When I click the camera icon, it looks like its going to update, but nothing happens. Anyone else having this issue?

Can't speak for the iOS app but the website worked fine for me just now.  What browser?  Have you tried another?

Have you tried a simple reboot of the base via the power button?
