I have two cameras, one in front and one in back. I never get notifications when people are at my front door, only when lizzards run past my camera in the backyard. 😞

Hi divadetective,
Kindly check the rules set on the camera at your front door. Make sure that the running man icon, camera icon and the check mark on the selected rule on your preferred mode is set to color green. Kindly check these articles about rules and modes respectively as reference:
What are rules & how do I create them?
What are “Modes” & how do I use them?
You may also adjust the sensitivity of the camera to a higher percentage at your front door and check if it helps. Kindly check this article below as reference:
How do I adjust motion sensitivity?
Also, you may isolate the problem by swapping the camera at your front door with the camera at your backyard. Be reminded of the rules and modes set on the cameras when swapping them.
I will be looking forward to your response.
Regards,
DaneA
