Not recording for set amount of time

Cameras are all set to record for 20 secs. I have had a few recordings at various times other than set. Porch recorded for 9 sec o e time while the driveway recorded for 35secs?

Are you seeing this behavior with all of your recordings or is the issue intermittent? Check your rules and be sure the correct length was saved.

It's intermittent. Every rule recording is set and saved at 20secs. Earlier today I had one just record 17 sec and another at only 3 sec. Could it be that only that much of the video was uploaded? All cameras report 80% wifi even though one is literally 10ft away through one wall.

Try power cycling the base and opening and closing all battery doors.  May work, may not.

Thanks. No go though. Had a recording for 1 sec earlier. Lol. It's intermittent and I still like the cameras

About the only other thing to try is to use Settings, My Devices to remove everything, factory reset the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber, open and close battery doors, and start over.  Use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab, add your base and resync the cameras.  Be sure to make notes of your previous settings and modes/rules/schedule before you do this.
