I'm not getting any notifications nor does any recording save to my library when motion is detected. Not is being recorded!!!

Verify that the correct mode is set for motion detection to be active. One way to determine this at a glance is to look for the running man on your cameras screen. If the running man icon is black that means motion detection is active, if it is grey that means it is inactive. Please let me know if you are still having trouble!

The running man icon is black and always have been... The system was working fine then it just stop recording when motion was detected, no settings were changed. It just started back working by itself this morning.

My camera did the same detected motion and no recording I rebooted the base station and powered down the camera and it all worked again. A little worrying as I am looking to mount the camera outside up a height
