Is there a way to selectively set motion on or off? I have 3 cams.

Yes. Go to the Mode tab, select your system and create one or more modes. Inside each mode you can define what cameras do what. Make sure you save every step where available. Now you can manually select the Mode or set up a schedule.

Define can't access mode. You can't select the Mode tab? Browser or app? Have you tried the other?
