No 2 way talk through Safari for Mac's

I thought that by now, especially given the update to Arlo Pro which features 2 way talk, that it would finally be enabled in Safari browsers for Mac. All the other top browsers will work. Am I the only one using Safari on their Macs?

The Push to talk (PTT) feature is not supported by the Safari web browser. If you would like to use this feature, you must use a browser that supports this feature (Chrome, Firefox etc.).

I also use MAC and Ipad.  Why can't we use 2 way talk? Any thoughts?
