The system modes has 'unarmed, no motion detection' as the default. I want outside cameras to record motion if we are at home (unarmed). I tried the 'add mode, rule,', etc. Does not work. Called customer support. They read the manual to me. Still does not work. Has anyone figured this out?
Thanks!
David
